Chemistry Vacuum Pumping Units of the series PC 101 / 201 and PC 500 / 600 NT

Application

Chemistry pumping units of these series meet the vacuum requirements for rotary evaporation, gel drying, vacuum concentration etc. They offer the capability for evacuation and transfer of aggressive gases and solvent vapours. All pumping units with inlet separator and exhaust vapour condenser for solvent recovery. With the use of solvents such as e.g. acetone, toluene or dichloromethane an almost emission-free recovery has to be effected.

The chemistry pumpimg units PC 101 / 201 are with manual flow control and mechanical vacuum gauge.

Chemistry pumping units of the PC 500 / 600 NT series are equipped with electronical vacuum control.

Pumping units with two inlet connections allow for the simultaneous operation of two separate vacuum systems and have non-return valves against cross contamination.

Advantages

The successful chemistry diaphragm pumps MZ 2C and MD 4C are the heart of the pumping units. The PC 500 / 600 NT series is already equipped with the new powerful NT class. With all models special fluoroplastics offer excellent chemical resistance. The PTFE sandwich membrane is guided and relieved optimally which results in an exceptionally long diaphragm lifetime.
