VACUUBRAND VARIO Chemistry pumping units control pressure with pinpoint-precision by adjusting the motor speed of the diaphragm pump. They automatically detect vapour pressure and adapt the vacuum level to the process. The fast and precise adaptive control always regulates the appropriate pumping speed, regardless of installation size or gas volume. The process times are shortened by the high evaporation rate. Through continual evaporation an optimal solvent recovery rate can be achieved. The demand-responsive motor speed control significantly reduces the overall workload of the diaphragm pump. This results in unrivalled lifetimes for moving parts.
