More Performance in the System: VARIO-SP Diaphragm Pumps

VARIO-SP diaphragm vacuum pumps combine extremely small dimensions with highest performance due to electronically controlled variable-speed 24 V DC motors. They provide compact design, low weight and very low noise level. The electronically controlled direct-drive motor is maintenance-free and allows control of the pumping speed over a wide range: increased speed for fast evacuation; reduced speed for maintaining vacuum with reduced power consumption, minimal vibration and noise.

Application

VARIO-SP diaphragm pumps are often used as system components (SP = SystemPump) in machines or installations, e.g. leak detectors, residual gas and gas-emission analyzers, gas-lasers etc. The 24 V DC drive offers unrivalled compact design and easy integration of the vacuum pump in complete systems with the possibility of international application independent from mains voltages.
