The vacuum controller CVC 3000 is a fully electronic vacuum measuring and control unit. It controls as required the process vacuum, cooling water and venting.

Not only it does provide the intuitive user control interface for all the NT VARIO pumping range, but can also function as a stand alone 2-set-point vacuum controller. Bidirectional data communication via serial interface RS 232C and a built-in aeration valve come as standard.

The CVC 3000 is self–configuring through bus technology. The new bus system VACUU·BUS has a modern up to date “Plug and Play” quality about it, with each of the uniform patch cable accessories automatically configuring.

An integrated capacitive transducer made of aluminia ceramic with outstanding corrosion resistance and superior long-term stability makes the CVC 3000 a recommendable controller for all delicate processes.

  • Fully automatic boiling-point detection and tracing e.g. for rotary evaporators without any need for parameter setting
  • Upt to 30% shorter process times compared to two-point control
  • always the appropriate pumping speed, regardless of size of equipment or gas volume
  • automatic adjustment of vacuum level to the respective process (distillation, drying, etc.)
  • optimized solvent recovery due to continuous evaporation: balanced distillation through automatic vacuum adjustment in case of change in process parameters
