The DVR 5 is a fully electronic vacuum gauge for the wide range from 1100 to 0.1 mbar (over 4 orders of magnitude) with external capacitive transducer made of alumina ceramic of outstanding corrosion resistance and superior long-term stability. The separate transducer can be directly mounted to the system. Its simple operation and the combined large digital/analogue display for quick trend detection and precise readout make the DVR 5 a very versatile vacuum gauge. The DVR 5 is sturdy, free of mercury and cadmium, and has no fragile mechanics. It meets high demands concerning measurement accuracy, safety and environmental protection.

The DVR 5 can frequently replace gas-type dependent Pirani gauges. The gauge head with its corrosion-resistant pressure transducer can measure directly at the process system. No need to mount behind a cold trap to protect the pressure transducer (which could significantly distort the results).
