Vacuum Network Controller VNC 2
Vacuum measurement and control in the range of
1100 - 1 mbar (hPa)
The VNC 2 enables an automatic, on-demand vacuum control either via 2-set-point valve control or switching on/off the pump. The integrated pressure transducer is chemical resistant and offers an outstanding measuring accuracy independent of gas type. The device is designed for precise and reliable control of recurring routine jobs. The vacuum controller VNC 2 can only be operated with components compatiblle with the VACUU·BUS-system. Special versions of the controller, e. g. for installation in laboratory furniture, are available. Further information on request.
The Vacuum Network Controller VNC 2 is especially optimized for application dependent control of vacuum pumps in local vacuum networks and serves as controller in the network pumping units PC 500 / 600 LAN NT.
There are five modes of operation:
Pressure control
Two set point control of a vacuum pump or a solenoid-operated vacuum line valve
Continuous pumping
Control of a vacuum pump
VACUU•LAN®
Control of a VARIO Diaphragm Pump and/or on/off control of a solenoid-operated vacuum line valve or a vacuum pump, according to a specified vacuum level or timing, for fully automatic control of a vacuum network
Monitoring
Control of a vacuum pump or a solenoid-operated vacuum line valve according to specifications for min./max. pressure and shutdown time. Typical processes: aspiration, filtration, vacuum drying
