IT Application Specialist

Period of education: 3 years
Required qualification: Mittlere Reife

IT application specialists conceptualize and implement customer specific software applications. They test and document applications, modify existing applications and apply methods for the planning, application and control of projects. They learn to use software development tools, develop application oriented and ergonomic user interfaces, correct errors by using diagnostic systems and present the resulting applications. IT application specialists implement new and modified systems in information and telecommunication technology and advise and train users of the software.
