This is how it works:

1. Please have your serial number of the pump ready and complete the registration form.
(The serial number can be found on the nameplate on the back of the pump. Please note: You cannot use the serial number of the controller to register your PC 3001 VARIO select.)

2. After you have submitted your data, you will receive an automated e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. Click on the activation link.

3. Once you have confirmed your registration, we will send you a written confirmation of your extended warranty period to the email address you provided.

For an extension of the warranty period it is necessary to register you as a customer in our system. By confirming your registration you allow us to save your data and to inform you by e-mail about further offers and novelties of our products. Your data will be used based on of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. You can withdraw your consent to this use of your data at any time with effect for the future by sending a message to info@vacuubrand.com. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

Data Privacy

1) Conditions of the extended warranty period

For registration before 31-12-2019 we provide an extended warranty period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of purchase on the basis of our General Terms and Conditions (available at http://www.vacuubrand.com/agb),but deviating from Clause 7 S.1 for the purchased VACUUBRAND chemistry pumping unit PC 3001 VARIO select.

VACUUBRAND warrants that its delivered goods (including any agreed installation) are free of defects at time of risk transfer. The required quality, durability and use of VACUUBRAND's delivered goods are based solely on the agreed written specification, product description and/or operating manuals. Any information beyond this, in particular in preliminary discussions, advertising and/or referencing industrial standards shall only become part of the contract if they are expressly referenced in writing.

VACUUBRAND shall not be liable for the consequences of improper handling, use, maintenance and operation of the delivered goods; the consequences of normal wear and tear, in particular of wearing parts such as diaphragms, seals, valves, vanes, condensers, oil and the breakage of glass or ceramic parts; for the consequences of chemical, electrochemical or electrical influences; or non-observance of the operating instructions.

The extended warranty period applies exclusively to the PC 3001 VARIO select chemistry pumping unit with the serial number indicated on the registration confirmation and cannot be transferred to other products.

Please always quote the serial number of the VACUUBRAND device when asserting the extended warranty period. This number can be found on the respective nameplate.

Only send in devices which are cleaned and harmless to health and please attach a completed and signed health and safety clearance form.
